Identity confidence: high for this public energy adviser. The name is uncommon in U.S. coverage. This page does not merge other private Vadym Pozharskyis.
The Associated Press, October 2019, identified him as “an adviser to the board of directors of Burisma Group.” The Commons photograph with Kwaśniewski, dated May 29, 2014, uses the same title. Archer, under oath-style transcribed interview, said “Vadym is the corporate secretary of Burisma” and, when asked if he was CFO, “He was the corporate secretary. He was not the CFO.” Those titles stay as the sources wrote them. Adviser and corporate secretary are both on the page. They are not collapsed into one invented office.
The Association of Gas Producers of Ukraine states that in November 2025 he was elected chairman of its board, and that he is an adviser to the board of the energy-service company Esko-Pivnich. That is the association’s own page, checked this pass. It is a current-status line, not a Burisma finding.
The New York Post, October 14, 2020, published an email it said Pozharskyi sent Hunter Biden on April 17, 2015, thanking him “for inviting me to DC and giving an opportunity to meet your father and spent some time together.” That is a published email, labeled as the Post’s document. It is not Archer’s testimony. It is not a White House visitor log. It is not a finding that he sat in the Vice President’s ceremonial office.
