“Thank You for Inviting Me to DC.” Pozharskyi Wrote Hunter After a Meeting With His Father.

On April 17, 2015, the New York Post reported, Vadym Pozharskyi — “an adviser to the board of Burisma” — sent Hunter Biden a thank-you. The Post printed it this way:

Dear Hunter, thank you for inviting me to DC and giving an opportunity to meet your father and spent [sic] some time together. It’s realty [sic] an honor and pleasureAs printed in the New York Post, October 14, 2020, attributing the April 17, 2015 message to Vadym Pozharskyi.

The Biden campaign told reporters there was no such meeting on the vice president’s official schedule. In a statement to Politico, the campaign said there could have been an “informal interaction” that did not appear on the schedule, and that any such encounter would have been “cursory.” That is their response. It is not a denial that Pozharskyi sent the email as published.

Devon Archer later filled in a dinner. In the official Oversight transcript release, majority counsel asked about “the spring 2015 Cafe Milano.” Archer’s list: “Vadym, Hunter, Joe, myself, Karim Massimov, a Greek Orthodox priest, maybe someone from World Food Programme.” He said Joe Biden “had dinner.” Oversight’s release treats that as the second Café Milano dinner. Epoch Times and later Oversight paper date it around April 16, 2015. The email is dated April 17. This file does not invent that they are the same hour. It records both: Pozharskyi’s published thank-you, and Archer naming Vadym at a spring 2015 dinner with the vice president.

A meeting, if it happened, is not a bribe finding. The email is Pozharskyi’s published sentence. Archer is Archer. The campaign’s “cursory” line is the campaign.
