No U.S. FARA Charge Found. No U.S. Criminal Conviction Found. Oversight’s “Concerns” Are Not a Docket.

This pass did not locate a U.S. criminal information, indictment, or judgment naming Vadym Pozharskyi (or the Pozharski / Pozharsky spellings) on a FARA count or any other U.S. criminal charge. It did not locate a FARA registration in his name as a charged offense. Absence of a public docket is not proof that none will ever exist. It is what was found on August 28, 2026.

House Oversight’s July 31, 2023 Archer takeaway, after the “called D.C.” sentences, said: “This raises concerns that Hunter Biden was in violation of the Foreign Agents Registration Act.” That sentence is about Hunter Biden. It is a majority-committee concern. It is not a FARA charge against Pozharskyi. It is not a finding that Joe Biden took a bribe. French and English commentary posts on X that day used “FARA-violation” and “Biden crime family.” Those lines stay on the tweets. They are not Fact on this site.

An FBI FD-1023, as reprinted in commentary, records a confidential human source saying he heard from a Burisma official the source named Vadim Pojarskii that Hunter was hired “to protect us, through his dad, from all kinds of problems.” That is an informant allegation, second-hand, as published. It is not a court finding and not written here as one.

No DataRepublican dedicated officer page and no USAspending.gov personal award to Pozharskyi were located this pass. A USAID meeting in 2016 is documented in State memos; a meeting is not a grant to him.

The record is ugly enough without a fake docket. Oversight said “concerns.” An X account said “crime family.” Those are not the same thing. If a U.S. charge appears, this file will print the caption. Until then, the absence stays on the page so nobody has to invent it.
